SANMARZANO was born from a deep love for Italian food culture and a desire to share the authentic flavours of Southern Italy with Melbourne. Named after the famous San Marzano tomatoes of Campania, our restaurant celebrates the simplicity and richness of traditional Italian cooking.
Our chefs bring years of experience from kitchens across Italy, combining time-honoured recipes with the finest local and imported ingredients. Every dish is prepared with care, from our handmade pasta to our 72-hour sourdough pizza bases, cooked in our custom-built Italian wood-fired oven.
We are proudly Coeliac Australia accredited, offering an extensive range of gluten-free and vegan options without compromising on flavour or quality.
